FORMER RESIDENT,
MRS. E.W. CROSS
DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Word has been received here of the death May 25th in California of a former Grinnell resident, Mrs. E.W. Cross.

Mrs. Cross was the widow of the Rev. Edward W. Cross, minister of the Congregational church here from 1915 to 1925. The couple's three children were all born in Grinnell.

At the time of her death, Mrs. Cross was living at Pilgrim Place in Claremont, Calif. She was 77 years old.
