EARL DONNAN

Earl, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. James Donnan, of Ewart, died of appendicitis at 6:20 o'clock on Wednesday morning, aged nineteen years. The funeral services were held at 11 o'clock this morning from the United Presbyterian church in Ewart. Interment was in the Ewart cemetery.

Earl was taken ill less than a week ago. He rapidly grew worse and finally a physician was called from Des Moines, but by the time he arrived it was too late to operate. The deceased was a young man of great promise and many friends sympathize with the bereaved parents in their loss.
