RUTH RIGOULOT DIES THURSDAY

Ruth Ross Rigoulot, 92, of Grinnell died Thursday, Jan. 1, at St. Francis Manor.

No services are planned. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery at Washington, Iowa, with the Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The daughter of James Johnston and Luna Roselle Johnson Ross, she was born on Dec. 19, 1894, at Winfield, Iowa. She received her education in Washington, Iowa, and later in California.

On Dec. 21, 1940, she was married to Gilbert H. Rigoulot in New York City. The couple lived in New York.

Following her husband's death, Mrs. Rigoulot moved to the Mayflower Home in Grinnell in 1968. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and had lived at St. Francis Manor since 1974.
