WENDELL COOPER,
FORMER GRINNELL
RESIDENT, DIES

Wendell Cooper, 61, a former longtime Grinnell resident, died Monday in a hospital in Bellflower, Calif.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday in Indianapolis, Ind.

Cooper spent much of his life in Grinnell until about 12 years ago, when he moved to Indianapolis. He later moved to California.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cooper, a brother, Guy Cooper, and a sister, Mrs. Glen Bell, all of Grinnell.
