Obituary dated May 23, 1922

John Blome, a farmer residing a mile north of Victor, died suddenly a few days ago while working in the field. His son noticed him at work in the afternoon and on again looking to observe him found the team standing by the fence unattended. On investigation he found the body in the field. Deceased was 50 years of age and leaves a widow and four children.
