DELMAR BEADERSTADT

Delmar D. Beaderstadt, 60, of St. Joseph, Mo., a former resident of Searsboro, died Sunday, June 25, at a St. Joseph hospital.

Funeral services wre conducted Wednesday at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith Funeral Home in St. Joseph, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery there.

A graduate of Searsboro high school, Mr. Beaderstadt was a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army, retiring in 1969. He then served as a postal clerk for 20 years.

Surviving are his wife, *Hildegunde; his mother, Jessie Beaderstadt of Grinnell; one son, Dennis of St. Joseph; one daughter, Tanya, also of St. Joseph; four brothers, Harold of Brooklyn, Keith of Johnston, Kenneth of Newton and Don of Denver, Colo.; one sister, Elaine Burk of Cedar Falls; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bryan.
