MEDA LARGE DIES IN DENVER

Meda Large, 80, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Grinnell, died April 5 at a Denver hospital.

Her body was cremated following services at a Denver mortuary.

A native of Chariton, she was born June 8, 1902. She attended the University of Iowa and was married to David Anderson Large in December 1931. Mr. Large formerly operated a drug store on Fourth Ave. here.

Survivors include her husband; a son, David of Kensington, Calif.; three sisters, Helen Brightwell of Northwood, Margaret Latta of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Olive Chapin of Stuart, Fla.; and a granddaughter.
