SLEGGEL--Died, Feb. 19, William Albert Sleggel, age 47 years and 10 months.

William Albert Sleggel was born in Holmes County,Ohio, March 26, 1845, where he resided with his parents till his enlistment in the army in 1864. In 1868 the family came to Iowa where they have since resided. In 1881 the deceased became deranged, the result of a severe illness, from which he never recovered and death came to his relief. The funeral service was held from the house of his brother, D.C. Sleggel, four miles west of town, Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Patterson.
