MARGARET BUNN RITES THURSDAY

Margaret M. Bunn, 47, of 717 Spring St., Grinnell, died Sunday, Jan. (11)?, at her home.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Grinnell Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Sam Reaves officiating. Organist was Naomi Reaves. Pallbearers were Clifford, Eldon and Emil Gerard, Randy Johnston, Louis Smith and Robert Teed.

Burial was in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Malcom, with the Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The daughter of Alva and Gladys McDonald, she was born on May 14, 1939, at Iowa City. The family lived in Iowa Falls, Malcom and Grinnell where she attended school.

On May 3, 1964, she was married to Charles Bunn in Grinnell. The couple lived in Grinnell where she worked at the former Lone Elm Nursing Home and Friendship Manor.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and the Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include her husband, Charles; three brothers, William McDonald of San Antonio, Texas, Lavern McDonald of Harlan, S.C., and Wendell McDonald of Grinnell; and two sisters, Alice Mowrey and Pauline Sieck, both of Grinnell. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant twin brother.
