FUNERAL TUESDAY FOR MRS. ORVILLE PRUSEK

Mrs. Orville Prusek, of Cedar Rapids, 43, the former Evelyn Rhinehart of Brooklyn, died Sunday morning following a lingering illness.

She was born Feb. 21, 1923, in Brooklyn, the daughter of Walter and Mary Werner Rhinehart. She was a 1940 graduate of Brooklyn High School and attended a school of cosmetology in Cedar Rapids where she was also employed. She was married in LaPlata, Mo., June 23, 1941, to Orville F. Prusek and the couple had always lived in Cedar Rapids.

Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Donald (Carolyn) Melsha of Cedar Rapids, and Cheryl, Christine and Cynthia, all at home; a grandson; a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Irene) Roth of Brooklyn; and six brothers, Leo, John, Ray and Clarence Rhinehart, all of Brooklyn, Kenneth Rhinehart of Hartwick, and Wayne Rhinehart of Ames.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Beatty-Beurle funeral home in Cedar Rapids in charge of the Rev. A.T. Washington and Praha Rebekah lodge. Burial was in I.O.O.F. cemetery at Brooklyn.
