MRS. MARGARET COBURN

Graveside Services for Mrs. Margaret Coburn, 76, of Fountain Valley, Calif., were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday Feb, 8, 1988, in Yosemite Convalescent Hospital, Modesto, Calif.

Rev. Karl Holtkamp, pastor of St. Patrick Catholic Church, officiated. A Rosary Service was held at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, in the Nevenhoven Funeral Home, Brooklyn.

Margaret Julia LaKose Coburn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip LaKose, was born April 19, 1911, in Victor, Ia. She received her education in the Catholic School in Victor.

She was united in marriage to Kenneth Coburn, on Sept. 3, 1934, in Prairie du Chien, Wis. They lived in Brooklyn, Odebolt, and Ames, before moving to California.

Mrs. Coburn was a member of the Catholic Church.

Surviving are her husband, Kenneth; two sons, Philip of Tracy, Calif., and Dennis, of Vancouver, Wash.; one brother, Joe LaKose of Belle Plaine; one sister, Mrs. Mary DeRycke of Brooklyn; five grandchildren; and five great-granchildren.

Mrs. Coburn was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother.
