MRS. MINERVA H. TOPLIFF

Miss Minerva Hellyer was born March 1st, 1858, at Douds Leando and departed this life Jan. 19, 1909, at the home of her sister, Mrs. O.M. Shingham, West Finley Avenue, Ottumwa, aged 50 years, 10 months and 18 days. She was married in March, 1894, to Mr. A.J. Topliff of Grinnell, who preceded her in death 7 years.

She was converted at an early age and united with the Methodist Episcopal church in which she lived an earnest and devoted Christian life.

She leaves to mourn her loss three sisters and three brothers.

Services were conducted from the M.E. church at Leando, Jan. 19, by Rev. W.H. Jones. Interment was made in Lebanon cemetery.
