JOHN MOLINE DIES SUDDENLY AT AGE OF 68

Funeral services of John Moline, for many years a resident of Grinnell, were held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon from the Snyder Funeral chapel, with Rev. George Blagg officiating. Interment was in Hazelwood cemetery.

Mr. Moline died sudenly at 7:30 o'clock Thursday evening at his home on South Main street, at the age of 68 years. He was born in Solan, Sweden in 1860 and came to this country about 35 years ago. He was a master workman at his trade of stone cutter, and a number of local buildings stand as monuments of his skill. In recent years he has been employed by the city as caretaker of the park.

He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. August Anderson of Joliet, Mrs. Ellen Peterson of Kingsby, Minn. and Mrs. Victor Grimsley of Ottumwa, Iowa; and a cousin, Mrs. Charles Peterson of Grinnell.
