EULICE G. FABACHER

Eulice A. Graham Fabacher, 74, Mansfield, Texas, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the Medical Center of Aplington, Texas.

A funeral service was held Friday, Nov. 15, at United Methodist Church with the Rev. Raymond Lott and Diane Eberhart, deaconess officiating. Music was by Kathleen Heffner, organist, and Marty Duffus and Laura Graham, vocalists. Casket bearers were Kevin Ihms, Karen Bender, Randy, Tom, John, Ronald, David and Ginger Graham and Brittany Levergne. Burial was in Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Newburg Alumni Scholarship Fund.

She was born Jan. 31, 1928, in Searsboro to Earl E. and Laura B. Copeland Graham. She was raised in Chester Township and graduated from Newburg High School with the class of 1945 and from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines in 1947.

She lived in Des Moines and worked for Travelers Insurance Company unitl 1954 when she moved to New Orleans where she worked as a secretary to the public information director of New Orleans Public Service, Inc. She retired in 1988 as executive secretary to the president of the New Orleans Public Service Inc.

She was married on Feb. 18, 1984, to Anthony E. Fabacher Jr. in Harahan, La. The couple moved to Mansfield, Texas, in 1993. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Mansfield, the New Orleans Public Service Retirees and the New Orleans chapter of the National Secretaries Association. She also was named "Secretary of the Year" of the New Orleans chaper of the National Secretaries Association.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony E. Fabacher Jr. of Mansfield; one stepdaughter, Brenda Lavergne of Mansfield; one step granddaughter; one sister, Loretta Siebke of Davenport, and three brothers, Vernon Graham and George Graham of Grinnell and Duane Graham of Bloomington, Minn. Her parents preceded her in death.
