ABBIE BLEAMASTER DIES IN OREGON

Word has been received in Grinnell of the death of Abbie Dillon Bleamaster at Corvallis, Oregon. She died of a heart attack on November 29.

Born at Dyersville, Iowa, in 1880, she was the daughter of Arthur and Cornie Grinnell Dillon. She was the granddaughter of Ezra Grinnell and a great-niece of J.B. Grinnell. At the age of four she came to Grinnell to make her home with her grandmother, Mrs. Sarah Dillon. She attended the Grinnell schools and Grinnell college.

For several years she was employed at Child's Studio. In *1910 she was married to Wilford C. Bleamaster, a graduate of Grinnell college. For many years they have made their home in Corvallis.

Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Mrs. Miriam Lidster, a teacher at Leland Stanford University; one grandson, Michael Lidster; two brothers, Sidney J. Dillon of Des Moines, and Arthur H. Dillon of Rock Island; one sister, Mrs. Emily Keith of Indianapolis. She was a member of the D.A.R. and the Federated Church of Corvallis.
