MARY E. FURBER, LIFELONG RESIDENT DIES WEDNESDAY

Miss Mary Elizabeth Furber, 75, of 1027 West St., died Wednesday morning at Montezuma following an extended illness.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but friends may call at the James-Schalinske Funeral Home.

A lifelong resident of the Grinnell area, Miss Furber was born at Grinnell on Dec. 28, 1889. She was the daughter of Fred and Mary Peters Furber.

She is survived by her sister, Nellie J. Inman of Grinnell; her nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents and four brothers.
