MRS. WILLIAMSON DIES IN ILLINOIS

Vera Leona Williamson, 65, Clinton, Ill., formerly of Grinnell, died Jan. 4 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Ill.

Funeral services were held Jan. 7 in Clinton with interment in Clinton.

She was born Dec. 22, 1921, at Burt, the daughter of William Frederick and Elsie Grace Pomeraning Freese. She was married to Vernon F. Williamson Aug. 7, 1941, at Lancaster, Mo.

She was a member of Clinton United Methodist Church, Beta Sigma Phi and Clinton Elks Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Gregory R. and Stephen W., both of Clinton; three daughters, Darla K. Barnhill, Cheryl F. Spencer and Marsha L. Gaherty, all of Clinton; one brother, Willis Freese, Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Irene Norris, Elda Daves and Dorothy Lamb, all of Cedar Rapids; and eight grandchildren.
