ONE OF GRINNELL'S OLDEST MEN DIES, G.W. COOPER, 92

One of Grinnell's oldest residents, George Washington Cooper, passed away late Monday evening at his home just north of Hazelwood cemetery. He would have reached his ninety-third birthday on May 27.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m. yesterday at Snyder Brothers' chapel, conducted by Rev. C.D. Loose. Burial was in Hazelwood.
