OBITUARY.

ORIN WHITE.

Orin White was born April 12, 1843, at Malarytown, Canada, and died at his home in this city April 27, 1914, aged 71 years 15 days.

When a young man he came west to Henry county, Illinois where he was united in marriage to Miss Delma Adams, September 12, 1872. Later they moved to Grinnell, Iowa, and from thence to a farm near Newburg. When Mr. White's health began to fail they returned to this city where they have lived the past 13 years. His wife, their only child, Mrs. M.J.Hurdle, of Grinnell, also a brother and sister living in Canada, remain to mourn their loss, and they have many friends to sympathize with them in their sorrow.

The funeral service was held at the family residence on Broad street, Rev. J.M. Brown, of the Methodist church being in charge, and the body was laid to rest in Hazelwood cemetery.
