PLAN RUBENDALL RITES IN CLARION

Arnold G. Rubendall, 57, of 1277 Ann St. in Grinnell, died Friday morning, May 12, at Grinnell General Hospital.

Funeral services for Arnold Rubendall are pending at the Eyler Funeral Home in Clarion. Friends may call the Smith Funeral Home for further information.

Born May 27, 1920, he was the son of David and Jennie Roosa Rubendall of Iowa Falls, and a graduate of Clarion High School. He moved to Grinnell from Clarion in November of 1977. While in Grinnell he was employed with his brother, E.L. Rubendall at The Other Side.

Surviving him are his wife, Marie; a son, Jack Rubendall of St. Paul, Minn.; a stepson, Gary Reed of Clarion; his father, David Rubendall of Schleswig, Iowa; four grandchildren; a brother, E.L. Rubendall; and three sisters, Mrs. John (Ione) Foust and Mrs. Oscar (Grace) Spoora, both of Dows, Iowa, and Mrs. Chris (Betty) Thompson of Schleswig.

He was preceded in death by his mother, one brother, and a sister.
