MRS. J.E. BAYER PASSES AWAY IN NEWBERG, ORE.

Word has been received by Mrs. J.P. Skinner of the death of her sister, Mrs. J.E. Bayer, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H.H. George, in Newberg, Oregon. Mrs. Skinner is an older sister of Mrs. Bayer. Mrs. Bayer was for a long time a teacher in the third room of the old central school building in Grinnell and probably many of her pupils still living here will remember her as Miss Tenn Bailey. The body will be cremated.
