--W.J. Ralf, formerly of this city, died at Yetta of cancer of the stomach on June 28 and was buried here by the side of some of his children yesterday. Services conducted by the Rev. E.M. Vittum, were held at the residence of his brother, W.H. Ralf at two o'clock. Mr. Ralf was an early comer to this city and is said to have run the first train into Grinell which was ever run over the Iowa Central. He was a faithful employe and a kind relative.
