HASSELBRINK RITES TUESDAY

June E. Hasselbrink, 42, of Friendship Manor died Sunday morning at Grinnell General Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. Hugh A. Shiveley, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Organist was Mrs. Willard Heffner. Pallbearers were Charles Bryan, Donald C. Hasselbrink, Edward A. Hasselbrink, Richard W. Hasselbrink, Wayne H. Hasselbrink, and Tom Pratt. Burial was at Hazelwood Cemetery.

Should friends desire, memorials may be left at the Smith Funeral Home.

The daughter of William and Elsie Henning Hasselbrink, she was born June 25, 1934, at Newton, She had made her home with her parents in Jasper County and, since 1966, in Grinnell.

She is survived by her mother, Elsie Hasselbrink of Friendship Manor; four brothers, Donald, Richard and Wayne of Grinnell and Edward of Woodbridge, N.J.; and two sisters, Mrs. Tom (Virginia) Pratt of Clarion and Mrs. Charles (Doris) Bryan of Lynnville.

She was preceded in death by her father on Dec. 13, 1971.
