HELPFUL LIFE REACHES CLOSE
Rosa Antoinette Lidtka, daughter of August and Minnie Lidtka, was born in Elmira, New York, June 4, 1876, and departed this life at her home near Malcom on Thursday, March 10, 1927, at 9:30 A.M., aged 50 years, 9 months, and 6 days.

She was married February 12, 1901, to Theodore Schultz of Malcom and to this union were born three children, Everett, Stella, and Verna. Mrs. Schultz came to Iowa when a small child of nine weeks, living most of her life in this vicinity.

She leaves to mourn her departure her husband and three children, her aged mother, Mrs. August Lidtka of Grinnell, one sister, Rica Gregson of Grinnell, four brothers, Ed Lidtka of Grinnell, John Lidtka of Malcom, Will Lidtka of New Sharon, Charles Lidtka of Oakdale, Iowa, and a host of relatives and friends.

Mrs. Schultz was taken sick on Sunday morning, February 27 with a stroke of apoplexy, taking pneumonia the last few days of her sickness. Funeral services were held at the home in Sheridan township Saturday afternoon at two o'clock.
