MRS. KIRCHBERGER SERVICES ARE HELD

Mrs. Margaret Kirchberger, 80, a native of Grinnell, died Wednesday morning in a Marshalltown hospital.

The daughter of William and Christine Brown Dimit, she was born July 15, 1891, in Grinnell. She was raised and educated in Poweshiek County, where she lived until 1917.

She was first married to Marshall W. Horn in June of 1911. Mr. Horn preceded her in death in 1947. In June of 1948 she married E.A. Kirchberger. The couple then moved to Marshalltown.

Mrs. Kirchberger is survived by her husband; three sons, Robert W. Horn of Gilman, Eldon W. Horn of Melbourne and Roger L. Horn of State Center; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Aves of Melbourne and Mrs. Wilma Sallmen of Van Nuys, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. George Palmer of Newburg, and two brothers, Howard Dimit of Grinnell and Ray Dimit of California.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Pursel-Davis Chapel, Marshalltown, with burial in the Marshalltown Cemetery.
