MRS. FRANK STICKLE

A beautiful life was ended when Mrs. Frank Stickle ceased her fight against the dread disease which for months had marked her for its own. Many who loved her had watched that brave battle, hoping against hope, but the enemy was too strong. She was only twenty-nine years old and life's paths were opening beautifully before her.

Maggie Elizabeth Osborne was born in Malcom township on March 27, 1881. Here her early girlhood was spent, but when she was eight years old she moved with her parents to the home west of Grinnell, where she made her home until her marriage to Mr. Stickle on June 20, 1903.

Since that time, her home was in Grinnell until the untimely fate overtook her. She was a woman of rare Christian character; a faithful member of the Congregational church. In her last illness her trust was beautiful to witness. Her husband has the deep sympathy of all in the loss which he has experienced.
