Mrs. Manson was a faithful member of the Methodist church and had given much of her time toward the many church affairs in which she participated. She was also a former member of the Eastern Star.

Mrs. Manson is survived by her husband, who served as Grinnell Chief of Police for many years, her two daughters, and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Fawcett of Grinnell. She was preceded in death by her mother in 1928 and her father in 1931.
