OBITUARY
FRANK A. HAGEN
Frank A. Hagen was reared in the viciniy of New Boston, Iowa. After finishing business college at Valparaiso, Ind., he was appointed station agent operator and tower man for the Santa Fe road, serving in that capacity until 1914.
At that time he went into the automobile business at Grinnell, retiring in 1943.
He married Miss Ina Hamilton on Dec. 25, 1909. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife and three children: Lillie Hagen Shields of Bellmore, Long Island, N.Y.; Erno G. Hagen of Portland, Ore. and Walter S. Hagen of Charlotte, N.C. He also leaves six small grandchildren, Larry and Frank Hagen, Linda and Shirley Hagen and Gay and Craig Shields.
Funeral services in charge of the Rev. C.D. Losee? were held at the James Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Friday. Pall bearers were Clair Strand, Dave Haines, Harlan Inman, Tom Godfrey, Wm. French and John Jantzen. Music was furnished by the Rev. G.A. Bird? and E.G. Peterson, accompanied by Miss Esther Mullins at the piano.
