ARLINE BEASON

Arline Mae Beason, 77, of Evansdale, formerly of Grinnell, died Sunday, May 19, at her home.

Services were held Wednesday at Garden View Chapel in Waterloo, with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery there.

She was born March 16, 1925, in Grinnell to Earl and Lulu Bell Tennant Belcher. She was married to Carl E. Beason, Nov. 20, 1942, in Gallatin, Mo.

Surviving are her husband; one son, Albert of Cave, Ark.; three daughters, Carolyn May Beason and Leona Bell Kastli, both of Waterloo, and Maybell Lea Whiteside of Evansdale; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Armeta Moose of Des Moines and Georgia Diehm of Grinnell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Helen Miller and Mary Mart; and one brother, Earl Belcher Jr.
