EFFIE SERGEANT DIES THURSDAY

Death Occurs Home of Grandparents at 910 Pearl Street, from Relapse of Flu.

Effie L. Sergeant died Thursday evening at 6 o'clock at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Knapp, 910 Pearl street, in this city. She died from a relapse from the influenza.

She was born July 12, 1914, in Des Moines. Her mother died three years ago, and she came then to live with her grandparents in this city. She is survived by three sisters, one brother, and her grandparents.

Funeral is delayed on account of the family waiting to hear from an uncle of deceased.
