DEATH SUMMONS MRS. SUSAN CHILDS THIS MORNING

Mrs. Susan White Childs, widow of C.F. Childs, died at 6 o'clock this morning in a local hospital after a protracted illness. Mrs. Childs, the daughter of Rev. George A. White, pioneer pastor has made her home for many years at 928 High street. She graduated from college here in the class of 1892. She was an active and vigorous woman whose life was devoted to good works.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the Congregational church. The body will be in state at the home Wednesday morning from 8 to 12:30 o'clock. Friends desiring to do so may call between these hours.
