MRS. VOGEL, 78, OF MALCOM, DIES; FRIDAY SERVICES

Mrs. Nicholas Vogel of Malcom, 78, passed away early on Tuesday morning at a local hospital. She had suffered a severe stroke last Thursday.

Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock at St. Patrick's church, Brooklyn. Rosary will be at the Bramer Funeral Home in Brooklyn at 8 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Interment will be at the Calvary cemetery in Brooklyn.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Kohrman of Florence, Ky.; six sons, Victor of Malcom, Frank of Malcom, Charles of Grinnell, the Rev. Laurence J. of St. Mary's church, Nichols, Louis of Riceville, and the Rev. Raymond G. of Holy Family church, Davenport; and 15 grandchildren. An infant son, Joseph, died after birth on May 11, 1915.
