DWIGHT COUTTS, FORMER RESIDENT, DIES IN CALIF.

Mrs. Russell George received word this morning from her brother, Ray Coutts in Chicago, of the death of their brother, Dwight Coutts of Santa Barbara, Calif. He passed away Sunday morning, and leaves his widow and two daughters and several grandchildren.

Dwight Coutts, who was almost 75 years of age, was a former Grinnell resident, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. R.G. Coutts, early day Grinnellians.

In addition to Mrs. George and Ray Coutts, the deceased is survived by another sister, Mrs. S.G. Norton of Brunswick, Ga., the former Grace Coutts. He was preceded in death just two months to the day by an older brother, the late Ross V. Coutts, of Grinnell.
