SISTER OF H.L. TRIPLETT DIES

Monsieur and H.L. Triplett were called to Stafford, Kansas to attend the funeral of their sister, Mrs. Fannie Triplett Littlefield. Following is the obituary from the paper at Stafford, Kansas, where she lived:

Fannie E. Triplett was born in Bureau county, Ill., November 28, 1861. Sh died in Hutchinson, Mar. 11, 1930, aged 68 years, 4 months and 13 days.

In 1868 she moved to Brooklyn, Iowa, where she lived until 1882. She was then married to Frederick O. Littlefield.

They came to Kansas in 1886 and settled in Reno county, near Sylvia. They moved to Stafford in 1896, and continued to reside here until 1923, when they moved to Hutchinson, where she continued to make her home until death.

To this union four children were born, a daughter, May Littlefield Brown, and William LeClare, who preceded her in death, and Frank Leslie Littlefield of Hutchinson, and Cyrus L. Littlefield of Liberal.

She also leaves three brothers, H.L. Triplett of Grinnell, Iowa, Monsieur Triplett of Brooklyn, Iowa, and Aquilla Triplett of Amarillo, Texas. Besides these there are 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild to mourn her death.

She had long been a member of the Christian Church and died in the faith of her Redeemer. The funeral was conducted from the Christian Church in Stafford Thursday afternoon, March 13, by the pastor, the Rev. P.O. Davis, and interment was made in Stafford cemetery.
