MCCONKEY SERVICES SET

Lucy McConkey, 83, of Madera, Calif., formerly of Grinnell, died Tuesday in California.

The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church here, with the Rev. Harry Linnebrink officiating. Organist will be Kathleen Heffner. The Vigil Service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery.

Mrs. McConkey was the widow of Ralph S. McConkey. They had been residents of Grinnell from 1937 to 1977, at which time they moved to California.

Survivors include a son, Thomas McConkey of Maderia; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Frances Gilbert of New Sharon and Agnes Creamer of Moline, Ill.
