BILLICK FUNERAL WAS HERE SATURDAY

Funeral services for Eva Lena Billick, 80, who died Jan. 21 at the Poweshiek county home at Montezuma, were conducted at Bramer Funeral Home here Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. George Roquet, pastor of First Presbyterian church, was in charge.

Burial was in the Brooklyn I.O.O.F. cemetery, with the following serving as pallbearers: Julius Billick, Joe Billick, Lyle Hall, Lloyd Olson, Normal Hall and William Henkle.

Miss Billick was born in Brooklyn July 19, 1884, the daughter of Julius and Lavina Norris Billick. She had never married. Before transferring to the Poweshiek county home about a year ago, she had been a patient of the state hospital in Mt. Pleasant for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
