GRACE H. YATES

Grace H. Yates, 93, of Regency Care Center, Norwalk, a homemaker, died of a heart ailment Tuesday at the Center. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery.

Mrs. Yates was born in Montezuma and had lived in Des Moines for 62 years. She was a member of WSCS, Order of the Eastern Star and was past president of American Legion Auxiliary-Baldwin Patterson Post.

Survivors include a son, David B. of Des Moines; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Grandview Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
