DIED IN DES MOINES

Joe Fultz, former resident of Montezuma, died Monday night at his home in Des Moines. He was found dead in bed by Mrs. Fultz about 5 o'clock Monday morning. The deceased at one time ran a dray line in Montezuma, then moved to Oskaloosa, later going to Des Moines, where he worked at the Rock Island station. His death was unexpected. The funeral services were held in Des Moines Wednesday at 2 o'clock. The wife and six children, two sons and four daughters survive. Mabel, Albert, Roy and Helen are at home, Rosie Sommerville resides in Des Moines and Ada lives near Oskaloosa. Many friends here will regret to learn of his death.
