MABEL LIPPINCOTT

Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel Lippincott, 92, of 110 High St., Brooklyn, were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday in the Nevenhoven Funeral Home, Brooklyn. Mrs. Lippincott died Sunday, May 22, 1983, in the Brookhaven Nursing Home.

Rev. Lynn Williams, Pastor of the United Presbyterian Church, officiated. The organist was Mrs. Sybil Kelley. Flower attendants were Mrs. Karen Orsborn and Mrs. Becky Taylor.

Casket-bearers were Walter Wagner, Steve Orsborn, Keith Berckhan, Robert Evans, Dale Lippincott, and Ronald Brannian. Interment was in the IOOF Cemetery, Brooklyn.

Mabel Orr Lippincott, daughter of Robert Orr and Mary Jane Beatty Orr was born March 1, 1891 in Brooklyn.

She was united in marriage to Jim Lippincott on Jan. 6, 1916 in Brooklyn. She was a life-long resident of the Brooklyn area.

Surviving are her son, William of Brooklyn; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband who died in 1963, and three children.
