Nellie Jane Uhl, 99, Santee, Calif., died Monday, March 4, 1991 at Stanford Court Nursing Home in Santee.

Following cremation, a private memorial service is planned. The cremains will be returned to Brooklyn for burial at a later date.

The daughter of Eli and Hattie Fullerton, she was born in Glenwood on Feb. 18, 1892.

She was preceded in death by her husband Forrest and one son, George.

She is survived by her son and his wife, Charles and Donna Rae; grandson, Charles Jr. and granddaughter, Constanace; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Andrew and James Fullerton of Clinton; one sister, Vernice Pierce of Phoenix, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
