Allen Byron Bunn, son of Charles C. and Edith M. Bunn, was born at Norris City, Ill., September 6, 1893 and passed away at the residence of Andrew Graham, north of Brooklyn, August 2, 1912, being 18 years, 10 months and 26 days old. At the age of five he came with his parents to Brooklyn, in which vicinity he resided until death claimed him. He attended public school in Brooklyn up to two years ago.since which time he has been employed in the country north of town. He became a Christian in January 1909, and his integrity of life bore evidence to the honesty of his profession.

There are left to mourn, the loss of this loved one, four sisters and three brothers, besides, the father and mother. Always a hard and diligent worker, he was trying hard to make a place for himself in the world when death took him. Such things are hard to understand, yet the memory of loved ones lingers to call us to things that are higher and nobler, and this quiet, unassuming young man has certainly not made the world the worse for his having lived in it.

Funeral services were conducted from the residence of his parents in Brooklyn, Sunday afternoon, August 4, by the pastors of the Christian churches of Brooklyn and Madison.
