Glenn Matherly's Eye Scratched by Cat

Little Glenn Matherly, four year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Matherly, living on the Spaulding farm north of town, operated by Charles Cessna, was scratched in the left eye by a cat last week and was so seriously injured that the eye had to be removed. The boy was taken to Iowa City last Saturday, where the operation was performed.
