On Thursday evening at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Lowrey, 1407 Sixth Avenue, was celebrated the wedding of Willis J. Corwin and Miss Lois Lowrey, Prof J. D. Stoope officiating. The bride is a Grinnell woman, a graduate of Iowa College, class of 1909, and has since been engaged in teaching. The groom is from Grand Rapids, Minn., a graduate of Cornell Agricultural College, New York and now holds the position of agricultural director of the county in which he lives. The young couple took an early morning train for their new home together in Grand Rapids but plan to take a trip in the east a little later.

The following guests from out of the city were at the wedding: Parents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Corwin, of Altmar, N. Y.; Mrs. Brown, of Sherburne, Minn.; Mrs. C. Timms, of Fairmont, Minn.; Miss Margaret Paulson, of Wells, Minn.; Miss May Kilespie, of Traer; Mrs. Fred Scott, of Chicago; Mrs. S. Wallace, of Waterloo; Miss Jeanette Stewart, of New Sharon; Dr. and Mrs. D. W. Phillips; Mr. and Mrs. C Reichart; Mr. and Mrs. D. P. Lanning and baby; Mrs. Julia Scott and Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Lane and daughters Frances and Margaret, all from Victor and Miss Amy Wright, of Centerville.
