STEPSTER-ANDERSON

Miss Gertie Stepster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.K. Stepster of this city, and Fred A. Anderson of Gowrie, Ia., were united in marriage at the home of the bride's parents at high noon on Wednesday, Oct. 4. About seventy-five relatives and friends were present at the ceremony which was performed by Rev. J.M. Brown of the Methodist church. Following the ceremony Miss Cecile Evans sang "A Perfect Day."

A splendid four course dinner was served shortly after the wedding service.

Mrs. Anderson, the bride, has many friends in and near Grinnell who are extending congratulations. The groom is a prosperous farmer of Gowrie, Ia., who has made a favorable impression on all who have met him.

The young couple will make their home, after Nov. 1, at Gowrie.
