MARRIED.
---------------
TILFORD-SORENSON.

Saturday morning in Marshalltown occurred the marriage of Miss Ethel Tilford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Tilford of this city to Mr. C.H. Sorenson of Waterloo. The wedding took place at the Methodist parsonage, with the Rev. Mr. Hurlbert of the Methodist Episcopal church, officiating, using the double ring service. Mrs. Tilford, mother of the bride was present at the ceremony. The bride was beautifully gowned in gray taffeta and chiffon and she carried an arm bouquet of American beauty roses. The bride is one of Grinnell's most attractive, and charming young women and will make friends wherever she goes. The groom is the sales manager of the Cushman Motor Works of Lincoln, Neb., with headquarters at Waterloo, and is a prominent young business man. Mr. and Mrs. Sorenson left on the afternoon train for a short wedding trip to Kansas City, Omaha and Lincoln, and after May 1 they will be at home to their many friends in Clear Lake.
