Fetters-Brande Marriage Date Announced

--Mrs. Roy Bailey announced the marriage date of her sister, Miss Eva Fetters to E. Dawson Brande, of Grinnell, to a company of twelve girls Thursday evening at a miscellaneous shower given at her home 206 North Third street. The time was pleasantly spent socially, with music and with readings by Mrs. W.T. Bailey. The guests were seated at small tables decorated in a color scheme of pink and white for the two course lunch which the hostess was assisted in serving by Mrs. Vern Fetters, of Sioux Falls, S.D. Each place was marked with a place card, on the back of which were the names of Miss Fetters and Mr. Brande, and the date, May 2.--Marshalltown Times-Republican.
