Appeal in Porter-Heishman Case

An appeal has been taken to the State Supreme Court from the verdict in Superior Court of Grinnell granting Mrs. Sophia Porter a judgment against Mrs. Grace Heishman for alienation of her husband's affections. It is probable that the appeal will be heard in the September, 1915, term, according to the Des Moines Register and Leader. The abstract of the case presented to the Supreme Court covers 415 pages.
