FRIEND-ENGLEMAN

Miss Gladys Friend, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. J.H. Friend was married last Monday noon to Corporal Crayton Engleman, at San Antonio, Texas. The ceremony was performed in the Presbyterian church. Corporal Engleman was until his enlistment, engaged in the practice of law at St. Paul. He is in the signal corps of the army. Mrs. Engleman plans to return to Grinnell before going to Milton, Iowa, next fall, where she is principal of schools. Many friends will offer hearty congratulations and best wishes.
