Mincer Trial; City and State Charges Combined

The trial of Mrs. Mincer and Elt Mincer on the charge of fighting and disturbing the peace has been combined with the state charge of assault with intent to inflict great bodily injury, information for which was filed yesterday by County Attorney Frank Talbott and evidence is being taken to apply to both the city and state cases. The case was continued over until this morning.
