LIEUT. PROCTOR MARRIES.
--------------------------------------
Bride Was With Red Cross in France
--Graduate of Leland Stanford.

From the Rocky Mountain News we glean the following interesting story of the marriage of a former Grinnell boy:

Lieut. George A. Proctor, Jr., of the Fifty-fourth infantry, and his wife are in Denver visiting the parents of the young man at 223 South Lincoln. Mrs. Proctor was formerly Miss Marguerite Horine and was one of a unit of sixteen graduates of Leland Stanford university who were in service in Red Cross canteen work in France. Her marriage to Lieutenant Proctor, which occurred last June, followed their meeting aboard the ship in which both were being transported to Europe. Lieutenant Proctor has successively seen service with the 157th infantry, the 138th infantry of the 35th division and the 54th regulars.
